Each year, tenders for several hundred billion NOK are announced. Finding relevant tenders in this jungle can be quite time-consuming. For many, this has meant paying for notifications, only to end up with a stream of tenders that are irrelevant. For the Norwegian consulting company Capra Consulting, this required a lot of time and created unnecessary stress.

Today, things are different. After they started using Cobrief they get relevant tenders right in the channel they are already working in.
“Now we get both correct and relevant tenders delivered directly in Slack,” says Tuva Brynildsen, Business Developer at Capra.
Capra Consulting is a consulting house with over 100 specialists in digital product development, cloud services, technology management and organizational design. For them, usability is a must.

“The idea behind Cobrief is so good that I would have liked to have had it myself. Think of so many people who have been annoyed by the old systems. This solves a real headache for many, and the platform is intuitive and simple."
Like many others, Tuva and the team at Capra previously struggled with complicated portals with a poor interface and a confusing design.
“One often sat with the feeling that maybe you didn't get a tender. With so many notifications it became a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack,” she says.
With Cobrief, they can easily set up filters with purchase codes, keywords and relevance. The result is that Capra now knows that they are finding the right kind of public tenders for them.
Cobrief also gives an overview of who announces the most tenders and who wins most often.
“It allows us to stay ahead, not just react when a new tender appears. We get a much better picture of the market and can make smarter choices,” she says.

That the platform can be connected to the tools they already work in, makes everyday life easier.
"The Slack integration is super nice. When notifications arrive right in the channels we are already working in, the whole team gets an overview and can react quickly," she says.
In addition to Slack, the platform also supports Microsoft Teams and logging in via Google and Microsoft SSO. The integration with CV Partner makes it possible to retrieve relevant CVs directly in the bid.
Capra is now looking at how Cobrief can be used even more, including to connect the right people on the right tender. By connecting to Flowcase, you can easily retrieve relevant CVs and projects directly in Cobrief.
“For us, it's about making the work with public tenders easier and to win more exciting projects. Cobrief gives us an overview and some time back. This allows us to focus on what we are best at: building solutions that create value for our customers,” Brynildsen concludes.
For businesses that want to save time creating new revenue.
